Gundam Strike HG – Flat Sprayed
September 28, 2008 – 3:56 pm Posted in My GundamsI decided to spray it today. I used flat coat by Tamiya. The clips you see are aligator clips, which I put on bbq sticks. The aligator clips are used to clamp the parts, and the sticks are used to hold the part at a distance, so you won’t spray it on your hand. Enough with talk, here are some pictures! I also have some videos, but I’ll upload that later. Also, I did not remove the seam lines. However, I might take this one apart so that I can show you guys, but, normally, you would want to remove seamlines first, and then spray a flat coat.
Overview of all the Gundam parts drying.
Here’s a close up of the head, I was too lazy to sharpen the v fins.
A close up of the body. The flat coating really stands out in this picture.
Top view of the body, and another picture bring out the flat coat.
