Trinity Gundams

It was a fateful day when Setsuna was fighting and was just about to realize defeat when there were three new Gundam on the scene to come to his rescue. At this point in time we did not know who the three new Gundam were, but little bits and pieces of who they are and what they are doing has been revealed throughout the episodes.

The three Throne Gundam are:

• Gundam Eins- Also named Johann Trinity and his Gundam has a long-range cannon.
• Gundam Zwei- Also named Michael Trinity and his Gundam has funnels that make it possible to ram into targets as well as shoot lasers.
• Gundam Drei- Also named Nena Trinity. This is the only female Gundam in the bunch. She is able to expand her GN particle field very wide. This field is described as looking a bit like wings and she calls it the stealth field. This Throne is like Tieria in that she can access computer Veda.

What is really surprising about these new Gundams is that their GN particles are red. That makes the viewer think about who they really are and what their mission is.

The original Gundam Meisters didn’t quite know how to make heads or tails of these new Throne Meisters. They did find out that they are a part of Celestial Being, but they are from a different segment.

The Thrones do not rely on the original Gundam Meisters’ mother ship; instead they have their own. This is a ship similar to Ptolemaois, but it emits the red GN particles just like the Throne’s Gundams.

Beyond that, the three Gundams themselves are very powerful. These Thrones, also called Team Trinity, have a shoulder-equipped cannon on one. It is possible for two of them to link together to form what is called a GN mega launcher. A GN High Mega Launcher is formed when all three are linked together. These Gundams are nothing short of powerful.

There was a shake up with these Thrones as the original Meisters couldn’t quite put their finger on what was going wrong. As it turns out, though they believe Team Trinity to be a part of Celestial Being they have plans that differ from those of the original Meisters.

In fact, Nena (other wise known as Gundam Drei) escaped on board their mother ship and accessed computer Veda. This was the start of Veda being hacked. There were many more problems from Team Trinity that followed.

Though they flew in and seemingly helped Setsuna, there was a lot more drama that came with Team Trinity than anyone had bargained for. The Thrones have since been violent with many who do not deserve it and are a real thorn in the sides of Setsuna, Lockon, Tieria, and Allelujah.

There was a shroud of mystery surrounding the new Gundam Meisters. Messageboards were alive with discussion about who they were and what they were doing. It’s safe to say that they are not an asset to the Gundam 00 Meister’s mission. They are most definitely a curse!
