Putty the skirts and fill in seam lines with putty and clean of excess. Watch out for the type u are using tho cuz sometimes its acid based and will melt and deform the plastic. Also before u paint it, the pros will usually cut the snaps shorter and at an angle so its easy to remove and piece together again. I would suggest priming it to get rid of the sheen. Then paint it.

nicely done! neat... u'll be practicing paint on it???
would like to see your progress on this kit....

im currently doing 1/100 HG Wing Zero Custom (my first real gunpla modeling project)...
finished sanding (pain in the butt!) smoothing seam lines and other irregularities, and priming... taking me some time coz i get to do it on free times only...

i noticed that it is small compared to my other MG gundams... is 1/100 HG and MG same scaling? are Gundam Wings mobile suits small compared to other gundam mobile suits? any info on this?

being a noob at this i already have so many mistakes but am learning :)

@Belela-san: I 100% agree. Honestly, this kit sucked! The joint was horrible. I don't even know how I can improve it.

Probably one of the worst kits ever, but a good one for a beginner. Worst because the joints suck so much that he can barely stand up.

This was my very first kit and then I moved to the MG Strike Rouge, made a lot of crap on Rouge too because I didn't had the right type of materials and was a beginner so I used to cut the pieces with a scissor so I couldn't quite cut the gates very well. Now all my kits look a bit better but I still need to learn how to paint them. Currently my best kits are Wing 0 custom and Zaku II
