The Gundams of Celestial Being are incredibly powerful. They each have their own special features that make them unique to their owner and effective in battle. In order to be the ultimate Gundam 00 fan, you have to know everything you can about the Gundams! They are Gundam Exia, Gundam Dynames, Gundam Kyrios, and Gundam Virtue.
Gundam Exia
Gundam Exia belongs to Setsuna. It has many great features such as the Seven Swords System. There is a blade attached to the Exia’s arm shield. This blade is the main weapon that Setsuna uses for battle. This isn’t just any old sword; it also contains GN particles that take it to the next level. Another feature on this same arm is a rifle that can shoot an enemy down.
There are also the GN long and short blades. These protrude from the hip of the Exia. Again, there are GN particles that make them a lot more powerful. The GN Beam Sabers are located on the shoulders, while the Bean Dagger is located on the waist.
The Seven swords aren’t the only cool feature of the Exia. There is also a Cannon that is great for keeping enemies far away. The GN shield is another all-important aspect of the Exia that allows Setsuna to protect his Gundam, and himself.
The Exia is 18.3 Meters tall, 62.1 tons, has a GN drive, and armor made out of E-carbon (the same material it can easily cut through.) The GN drives makes for a high speed, but it cannot keep up with those that are geared solely to speed.
Gundam Virtue
The Gundam Virtue belongs to Tieria. It is very strong and works best in mid range. For these reasons it has double the armor. One of the best features of the Virtue is its ability to put up a GN barrier. Again, this increases its ability to defend itself.
The armor itself can detach from the body. Part of the reason for its detachment is so that the Gundam Nadleeh inside can come out to play. This is a Gundam within a Gundam! The parts that shed off can become weapons as well when in “Nadleeh” mode.
There are other weaponry features as well on Gundam Virtue. The GN Bazooka is one. It has double grips and the grip can be altered to fit the situation as well. Unfortunately, the Bazooka must be cooled down and has a recharging period before it can be used again. There is a burst mode where the bazooka will not need long periods of recharge.
Another weapon is the GN cannon. This can be used at the same time as the GN Bazooka when it is in burst mode. The weapons can be adapted to fight enemies that are coming in from several different directions. The cannon can be handheld with Virtue is Nadleeh.
GN Beam Saber has blades that can be used in combat. This is not the most used feature on the virtue, but is there just in case it is needed. Gundam Virtue is 18.4 meters tall, weighs 66.7 tons, has a GN drive, and e-carbon armor.
Gundam Dynames
Gundam Dynames is Lockon’s Gundam. It is better in long range fighting and has a sniper function. There are a great number of different weapons for the Dynames and it can be tailored to meet the needs of the situation.
One of the best features is the sniper mode. The faceplate can be changed into a forehead scope that gives Lockon a lot of accuracy. There is also a place for little machine Haro and he helps to detect enemies.
Another weapon is the GN Beam Pistol. There are two of these that are great for times when Dynames must be in closer quarters with the enemy. Lockon enjoys using them to sneak up on the enemy.
Dynames has a Beam Saber similar to that of the Exia. The only difference is in the way it is gripped. Dynames isn’t only attack ready; it is defense ready as well. There is a GN shield that is small, as well as the full shield that is quite a bit larger.
Another weapon is the GN rifle that can be used for very long distances. This is great for times where the enemy is far off and the Meisters want to get them before they get too close. The Dynames is 18.3 meters tall and weighs 66 tons.
Gundam Kyrios
Allelujah pilots the Kyrios. It is the perfect Gundam for fast maneuvers. It also comes together with Gundam Dynames in Mobile Armor mode. This makes for a very effective and efficient attack.
There is no doubt about it, Gundam Kyrios moves like a dream. It is also a great fighting machine. The ship itself and is flexible enough to meet the many needs of combat.
The GN Beam Submachine Gun is one of its great weapons. This is perfect for situations that require constant fire. This detaches and also has a remote controller for added functionality. The submachine gun can also be used with missile launchers.
The GN Beam Sabers are a pair of swords that are in the hip area of the Gundam. There is also a shield that doubles as a weapon. It can rip through the armor of the enemy! The same shield emits GN particles that act as a barrier against enemy attack.
Gundam Kyrios is 18.9 meters tall and weighs in at 54.8 tons.
