The mobile suits are an integral part of the Gundam 00 series. In fact, there are four different categories of mobile suits on the show. These are the Gundam Meisters, Gundam Thrones, GN-X Suits, and Custom Flags. The different mobiles suits all have their own strengths and weaknesses, and they are sure to get fans’ blood pumping!

Of course, the ones we see most often are the Gundam Meister’s mobile suits. Each of the main characters has their own mobile suit, each with their own special strength. The different suits are Gundam Exia, Gundam Dynames, Gundam Virtue (also Nadleeh), and Gundam Kyrios.

One of the most interesting features out of these Gundams is the Virtue’s ability to transform into Nadleeh. Tieria Erde is fortunate to have Nadleeh for when the situation calls for it. This and the other Gundams are fully equipped with things like Cannons, lasers, and one has a snipe.

Beyond the four main Meisters with mobile suits are the Gundam Thrones. These are three siblings who love to stir up trouble on the show. These mobile suits have different powers than the original four Meisters. These suits are called Eins, Drei, and Zwei. These mobile suits emit red GN particles, differing from that of the original four.

There are also custom flag mobile suits. The most famous of all these is the one that Graham Aker pilots. This has a lot of potential and has super mobility. This is one mobile suit that can really move! These custom flags are made for those who can rise above to fight the cause-often the Gundam Meisters.

The world powers have their own mobile suits called GN-X. A man named Laguna Harvey built these and sold them to the world powers. He is later found dead after certain people were none too thrilled with their release, or that they didn’t get first dibs. These GN-X units were sent to attack the Throne siblings in their mobile suits. They also head toward the Ptolemaios and those Meisters.

Without mobile suits Gundam 00 would be a very different show. These are very powerful weapons that only master pilots have access to. It seems that the stronger the mobile suit, the more likely a certain team is to win. Who knows what role these suits will have in the future, or the new features that Sunrise will think to give them.
